Sean is an experienced Business Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. For 11 years he worked directly for Sage as a consultant for the Professional Services division. He is skilled in a range of Accounting and Payroll solutions including Sage 50 Accounts, Sage Payroll, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Custom Report Writing, as well as the time & billing software Sage Practice Solution. Over the years Sean has helped hundreds of Sage customers get the best from their software investment.

In earlier years he graduated from NUI Galway with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce followed by a Diploma in Visual Basic Programming & Web Development. His first role was as a Website Designer for an IT Company in Dublin, who also provided support for Take Five Enterprise Accounts and Easypay Payroll solutions. In an effort to get as much experience as he could he started to develop his skills and offer

support on these products. "I enjoyed the interaction with Customers, and enjoyed it even more when I could present a solution. I was good at it!"

Sean spent a few years office based on the phone supporting Customers (back when there was no such thing as remote access, floppy discs existed, and some of the applications were DOS based!) so he developed one of the core skills required in dealing with Customers. He learned how to listen to the Customer, to understand their needs.

Prior to working with Sage he worked for two well established Sage Business Partners, where he started visiting the Customers, and really developed the skills required to become a good onsite business consultant. Sean took the opportunity to work with Sage directly, and had a successful 11 years with them, establishing himself as one of the most experienced senior consultants on the team.

Sean has setup a Company with two Partners (both Qualified ACCA Accountants) called Burke Cloud Tech ULC, and will operate as a Sage Accountant Partner, offering Cloud Accounting & Cloud Payroll solutions to clients, as well as the training and services they might require.

Sean continues to offer the onsite and remote services for Sage 50 and Sage Payroll products, and is looking forward to building new Customer relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships moving forward.
